While enjoying the fish feast with her family and the other survivors, walkers attack the camp, prompting Eliza to flee to her parents and the RV while the others try to defend the women and children.

"Wildfire"

Having survived the attack, Eliza attends the funeral for the fallen survivors. While the group decides to head for the CDC, her parents speak up, saying that they have decided they are going to take their chances and head for Birmingham, since they have family that may be alive in the area. She says goodbye to a tearful Sophia Peletier and gives her her doll, and then parts ways with her family as everyone leaves camp.

After encountering Rick Grimes again, Morales states that his family never made it to Birmingham, and Eliza, Miranda, and Louis all died.
