In Carl's delusional retelling of how he lost his eye, he says right before he was about to get devoured by a toxic shit fused walker, he was saved by Foi Foi Foom, who blasted the walker's uvula with her laser beam eyes, accidentally hitting Carl's eye in the process. Afterwards, Carl, Rick, and Jessie got on Foi Foi Foom's back and flew to safety.
