Franco is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a police officer at Grady Memorial Hospital.
Pre-Apocalypse
Atlanta, Georgia
Nothing is known about Franco's life before or as the outbreak began. It is possible that he used to live in or near Atlanta before the outbreak.
Post-Apocalypse

"Coda"
Officer Franco and his partner Officer McGinley find Rick Grimes on the top level of a parking garage the hospital uses. Rick explains that they have some of their colleagues hostage and would like to exchange them for Beth and Carol. Franco informs Dawn of the situation and brings Rick's group and the officers to the hospital. He joins his fellow officers during the hostage exchange and witnesses the deaths of Dawn and Beth. He remains behind at the hospital with the Dr. Edwards, the patients, and the other officers.
