Overview[]
Fred is an unstable and delusional man. Once a caring father, after Teddy launched his nukes he and his family and got badly burned. When Fred and Bea encounter Morgan and Grace, they attempt to steal their baby, saying it's their child, Emma. Their kidnapping attempt is foiled, but Morgan takes pity on them and tries to work together. However, it's revealed that Fred is willing to resort to murdering children and had actually smothered the original Emma to death after she wouldn't stop crying after getting burned.
