This funeral home first appeared in "Alone" of Season 4 of AMC's The Walking Dead, when Daryl Dixon and Beth Greene come across it after exploring the woods.

Pre-Apocalypse[]

Not much is known about the funeral home before the outbreak, except that it was place where deceased people would be buried.

Post-Apocalypse[]

It is mentioned by Scott Gimple on Talking Dead that an older man lived in the funeral home, gathered all the supplies, and brought in dead bodies to make them whole before burying them. During a supply run, the man died as he could not get his intake of nitro-glycerine pills.

Season 4[]

"Alone"[]

Daryl Dixon and Beth Greene stumble upon the funeral home. Beth commented on how it was humane to leave supplies for other survivors and is clearly thankful enough to leave a thank you note. Daryl and Beth share a meal. They then hear the cans that they set up for an alarm clashing together, followed by the whimpering of the dog Daryl saw earlier. Beth then asks Daryl to try and get the dog inside, but he is instead confronted by dozens of walkers, causing Daryl and Beth to be separated, which ultimately results in Beth's kidnapping by the officers of Grady Memorial Hospital
