Garcia (first name unknown) is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. He is a resident of Strand's Tower.

"Mourning Cloak"[]
Garcia and two other Rangers were dispatched to a building to scavenge parts to repair the elevators in the Tower after the Stalkers' attack caused damage to the building's elevator system. However, the Rangers encountered irradiated walkers and two were killed while Garcia managed to make his way back to the Tower. Unfortunately, Garcia was exposed to severe radiation poisoning, leaving June unable to treat for him, as his case is considered fatal. A short time later, Garcia is witnessed by several Tower residents to have thrown himself over the edge. Howard and Wendell explain to June, Dorie Sr., Charlie, and Ali that Garcia wanted to sacrifice himself and join the moat since he was already dying of radiation poisoning.

After suffering severe radiation burns on a scavenging mission, Garcia proclaims that he would do anything for the Tower. He puts this statement into action when he later goes up to the roof of the Tower and subsequently throws himself off to his death in order to keep the other residents safe from radiation spreading. Garcia soon reanimates after falling to his death, and joins the horde surrounding the Tower.
