If Louis was saved in "Suffer The Children" he will reunite with Clementine, AJ, and Tennessee when they find their way out of the cave they were in. After this, Louis brings up how when he thought he was going to die on the S.S. Stewarts Fitzgerald he was reminded of his pet turtle, Geoff, among other things.
While Geoff's ultimate fate is unknown, he likely died of starvation following the outbreak.
