Gina is an original character and an antagonist in Telltale Games' The Walking Dead: Season Four. She is a soldier for the Delta.
Pre-Apocalypse
Location Unknown
Nothing is known about Gina's life prior to the outbreak.
Post-Apocalypse
Not much is known about Gina's time during the apocalypse but at some point she joined the Delta, whether this was willingly or by force like many other Delta members is unknown.
Season 4
"Broken Toys"
Gina was on board the Delta's boat during the walker invasion. While defending the ship, she spotted James and Tenn sneaking around. She later gets into a struggle with James and he later overpowers her. It is currently unknown if she was killed by the bomb's explosion or if she survived.

Lilly
Lilly and Gina seem to have a good relationship, them working each other to make kids as soldiers and trying to find people who are on the docks.

Tennessee and Gina have a hostile relationship. Tennessee will grab Gina's gun to save James' life and aims it at both her and Lilly. Gina points her shotgun to Tenn from behind, tempting to kill him.
James
James and Gina have a hostile relationship. Gina follows Lilly's orders into killing James, but Tenn stops her. James and Gina will go for a struggle for the gun, which James wins and knocks down Gina.
