The Glacier Point Stabilization Plant, more commonly known as The Plant, is a major location seen in The Walking Dead: Last Mile. The Plant has a large community of survivors trying to bring the plant to work again.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
The Glacier Point Stabilization Plant was a power plant that was being operated in Alaska. The boss of the Plant was Mr. Gamble, who ran the Plant with his wife and his son, Wyatt Gamble. There were many plant engineers such as Tara Martin and Adelajda Pushkin who worked at the plant prior to the outbreak.
Post-Apocalypse[]
When the outbreak began, numerous workers who lived at the Village decided to move to the Plant in order to keep it running so as to not risk it of it accidentally getting destroyed and endangering the nearby Village.
The Village and the Plant began trading supplies with each other; however as time passed, their relationship began to sour, thus leading to several conflicts that ended in the deaths of several people on both sides.
At some point, the Village was overrun with the undead. This led to Ladi accidentally blowing up the Plant in order to save the Village. In turn this lead to its remaining residents to abandon the Plant. The remaining survivors from both communities headed out into the unknown after this.
