Lieutenant Goddard (first name unknown) is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. He is a lieutenant of the U.S. Military.

While Krennick is talking to his kids about the binoculars their mom gave him, Goddard appears and asks Krennick if they should load up the ships. Krennick tells him to give them a minute, and Goddard smiles at Sam and Ben before walking away. Later on, after the shipyard is overrun by walkers, Goddard is one of the many people to be killed. He is also one of the many zombies to devour Krennick.
"All I See Is Red"[]
Goddard appears in a flashback as Shrike sees a zombified Krennick.
After the walkers are released, a zombified Goddard is nowhere to be seen, so it is unknown if he was put down.
