Haynes is a character from The Walking Dead: The Road to Woodbury. He is a resident living at Woodbury and is a member of the Woodbury Army. He is described as being a wild-eyed black kid.

Nothing is known about Haynes life before or when the outbreak began, other than he lived in Atlanta.
Post-Apocalypse
Woodbury, Georgia
Some point he arrived at Woodbury and joined the Woodbury Army. Haynes is first encountered in Walmart, along with Caesar Martinez and a few other men. Haynes is holding Megan Lafferty hostage, until Bob Stookey points a gun at him and tells him to let her go. Martinez then tells Haynes to let her go and he does. He and his group later bring Lilly's group to Woodbury.

If Haynes was involved in the war between Woodbury and The Prison, he was either killed by the prison defenders in the first of second assault, or devoured by the walkers that overrun the prison.
