"Pilot"
Officer Henderson was called to the hospital to question Nicholas Clark after Nick is hit by a car, having been running from an undead Gloria. Henderson, alongside his partner, question Nick after it is revealed he was rambling about the experience with Gloria, however, before they can get any information out of Nick, his mother, Madison arrives, sending the police away since he was not under arrest.
As the city of Los Angeles quickly fell to the undead, Officer Henderson's fate remains unclear. It is unknown whether he was able to survive the outbreak or was killed and/or turned into a zombie.
