"I'm begging you... help the kid... her mom... fifty-fifty still stands... they get mine... understand?... they're the only ones... who deserve it... the rest... drown the motherfuckers."
—Henri to the "Tourist", shortly before dying.[src]

Henri Lafayette (pronounced ON-rhee) is an original character in The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners.

Location Unknown

Nothing is known about Henri's life prior to or as the outbreak began.

New Orleans, Louisiana

Killed By
  • Himself (Indirectly Caused)
  • The Reclaimed (Caused or Direct; Alive, Determinant)

Henri is hunted down, tortured (through being “carved up” and hobbled) and left for dead, him being alive used to “set an example”, as punishment for going against this group. The Tourist finds him hanging from a tree by his legs while coming to meet with him, in which Henri asks him to take his bus and split his supplies with “the kid” and her mom.

  • "Tourist" (Out of Mercy, Before Reanimation or Zombified, Determinant)

After talking to him, Henri dies from blood loss and the Tourist can stab or axe him in the head either before he turns, after he turns or can just leave him be.

The Tourist can also kill Henri whilst he is still alive.

Killed Victims

This list shows the victims Henri has killed:

  • Himself (Indirectly Caused)
  • Possibly numerous counts of zombies

  • Henri is the first named character to die in the Saints and Sinners story.
  • Henri has the fastest reanimation in the entire The Walking Dead franchise, reanimating in 6 seconds after dying.
  • If the Tourist chooses to leave Henri when he dies, after several days he will eventually appear in the courtyard of the graveyard zombified.
