This woman first appears after seeing Rick Grimes killing Ethan by cutting his throat. She alongside other residents stare at Rick in shock.

She then screams about how Rick killed Ethan to which Rick tells them that Ethan tried to kill Gregory and asks "What was I supposed to do?
