This woman appears as a soldier when the herd comes towards the front. They fire their guns at them, when the Kingdom arrives to help them back the walkers and the Whisperers off. When Michonne, Jesus and their group arrive to help, the Militia gets surrounded.
"Issue 160"[]
After successfully killing the herd, the Militia decides to camouflage themself as whisperers. After they kill of the rest of the whisperers, this woman finds one whisperer who was still alive and informs Dwight about it.
