This injured woman is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead.

Seven years prior to the present, in a flashback, this woman appears to have crashed her SUV and passed out on the car horn, alerting the walkers nearby. She escapes after being unable to open her door, but fails to crawl underneath the car and is overcome and devoured while Alpha and Lydia try to blend in with the horde.

Due to crashing and having her head on the steering wheel, walkers are alerted and come toward her location.
While she manages to escape her car, she fails to fully crawl underneath it, getting bitten on the leg and then pulled into a herd where she gets torn apart and devoured by several walkers.
