Jack Donner was an American actor who portrayed an Old Man in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead.
Biography
Jack Donner was born in Los Angeles, California on October 29, 1928. Donner has worked steadily in television and film since the 1950s including early work on The Guiding Light and As the World Turns. Donner then got roles on popular 1960s television shows including Mission: Impossible and The Streets of San Francisco. Donner gained promience in 1968 for his performance as Romulan Subcommander Tal in Star Trek.
Later in his life, Donner had a recurring role on General Hospital as Nikolas and Alfred. His return to Star Trek as a Vulcan priest in Star Trek: Enterprise made him one of three actors to appear in both the origianl series and Enterprise.
Outside of television, Donner founded the Oxford Theater alongside Lee Delano which was home to many students who went on to become well known in the industry.
Donner died peacefully in his sleep on September 21, 2019 at 90. His body was cremated and his ashes were given to his family.
