Jack Prescott is an original character in The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners.
Pre-Apocalypse
New Orleans, Louisiana
Nothing is known about Jack's life prior to or as the outbreak began except that he and his wife owned a dentist's office.
Post-Apocalypse
At the onset of the outbreak, he and Krista took refuge in a small encampment.

Part 5
Jack and his wife, Krista, hearing Sarah's radio broadcast come to beg Sarah and Sebastian for help. Sebastian being rather chary about them not knowing if they're hostile or possibly infected refuses to open the door but late recants after pressure from Sarah.
Jack is revealed to have been injured by a group of hostiles. He is taken to be treated for his wounds but in vain. Jack succumbed to his injuries and dies.
