James Lee Steagal, better known as Jim, is a character and an antagonist first encountered in Issue 45 of Image Comics' The Walking Dead. He is a resident of Woodbury and a member of the Woodbury Army.

He along with his several townspeople railed against Rick Grimes' group, who were residing in a prison. After losing too many soldiers, The Governor ordered to regroup in the forest. Jim patrols the forest with Gabe and Raymond Hilliard. He took a break to urinate and told Gabe and Raymond he would meet them. Whilst urinating, Michonne snuck up on him and decapitated him by the jawline.

During the Prison counterattack, Michonne and Tyreese come looking for the Woodbury army to try to kill a few soldiers before they return. During this assault, Jim is decapitated by Michonne.
