Jeff is an original character in The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners. He is a member of the Tower.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Location Unknown[]
Nothing is known about Jeff's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that he had a brother named Anthony.
Post-Apocalypse[]
New Orleans, Louisiana[]
Jeff is first met if the "Tourist" visits the Tower's operative base in Memorial Lane. Jeff will be found in the garden talking with another Tower's soldier about his brother disappearance. If the player character approach him, they will have a dialogue and, if accepted his offer, a mission named "The Brother's Keeper" will start: Jeff calls for your aid in rescuing his brother, Anthony, that was kidnapped by a rival group: the Reclaimed. Jeff says that the "Tourist" will pass unnoticed among them and he will have a chance to set his brother free.
The "Tourist" can decide either to proceed with this quest by freeing Anthony or betray the Tower soldiers by joining the Reclaimed quest against them.
During the shootout at the Tower's operative base (if the player character decided to stand with the Reclaimed soldiers) Jeff can be killed.
