Joe is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in Telltale's The Walking Dead: Michonne. He is a guard for Monroe.

Nothing is known about Joe's life prior to or as the outbreak began.

"Give No Shelter"[]
Joe can be first seen on the deck of Norma and Randall's boat in the community of Monroe, acting as a guard. On her way to rescue Pete, Michonne must eliminate Joe in order to pass. If Zachary is still alive at this point, he and Jonas distract Joe whilst Samantha and Michonne sneak by. If Zachary is dead or if Michonne refused his help, Michonne sneaks up on him and strangles him to death.
If Michonne, Pete, and Sam sneak past Joe, it is unknown what became of him after their escape. Given that he is not seen again, it is likely he was among the casualties following the destruction of Monroe, or that he somehow managed to escape.

If Zachary was killed by Samantha in In Too Deep or if Michonne simply refused his help, Michonne must strangle Joe on her way to Pete. It is unknown if he reanimates given his corpse is not seen again.
