"Give No Shelter"

Joe can be first seen on the deck of Norma and Randall's boat in the community of Monroe, acting as a guard. On her way to rescue Pete, Michonne must eliminate Joe in order to pass. If Zachary is still alive at this point, he and Jonas distract Joe whilst Samantha and Michonne sneak by. If Zachary is dead or if Michonne refused his help, Michonne must kill him.
