John is a survivor of the outbreak in Image Comics' The Walking Dead. He is a resident of the Alexandria Safe-Zone and is a member of Eugene's ammunition group.

Post-Apocalypse[]
All Out War - Part One[]
John is seen along with other survivors in the bullet factory helping Eugene create cases of bullets for Rick as he comes by to visit. Rick is later given two boxes of freshly made ammo before his departure to the Sanctuary to face Negan and his Saviors.
All Out War - Part Two[]
John is seen hiding in the bullet factory with Eugene and others. He asks if he can go outside to urinate, but, Eugene tells him no, saying that they don't know what's out there in the aftermath of the Safe-Zone battle. After promising that he'll be quiet, Eugene lets him go. While opening the door, he is attacked by a single roamer but manages to kill it. Suddenly, more roamers swarm through the door and devour him.

While Eugene and the group are looking out for Saviors at the bullet factory, John decides to go outside to urinate, only to find a group of walkers, which overwhelm and then devour him.
