- "Sister Jones... may God pour out his blessings upon your life today... so that you may walk in His abundance."
- —Jeremiah baptising Jones.[src]
Nothing is known about Jones's life prior to or as the outbreak began, except that she was a Christian.
As the outbreak began, Jones joined up with Jeremiah's group. When Jeremiah took a few members of his group to be baptised in the river, walkers were stuck underneath the riverbed. After Jeremiah baptised Jones, he had started to baptise another woman, and as he dipped her head in the river the walkers came up and started to devours each of the women, including Jones that were standing in the river.
