José is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is a member of the Black Hat Reservation.
Pre-Apocalypse
Nothing is known about José's life before the outbreak began, except that he was a mechanic and served in the Iraq War.
Post-Apocalypse
Season 3
"The Unveiling"
As Qaletaqa shows Alicia around the Black Hat headquarters, he introduces José and Marta, who are working on the ranch's helicopter that was shot down.
Post Horde-Attack
José's fate and location are left unknown after the zombie horde overran the ranch, trapping the remaining residents in the underground pantry. If he did manage to make it into the pantry, José has been killed as no other survivors were rescued from the pantry besides Alicia, Ofelia, and Lee.
