Joy is a survivor of the outbreak in Skybound Comet's Clementine.

Nothing is known about Joy's life prior to or as the outbreak began except that she lived the Amish lifestyle. At some point either before or after the outbreak, she lost her arm and had it replaced with a prosthetic by Rabby.

Joy is first seen arguing with Meredith and another girl, when they overhear Clementine. As Clementine tries to leave, Joy and the other girls become suspicious of her and Joy holds her at gunpoint. Once Clementine explains that the reason she made a sound is because her period came a little early, the group takes notice of her prosthetic. Meredith invites her to their town, against Joy's reluctance. Clementine tells them her name and they take her to their town.
