Juan Gabriel Pareja portrayed Morales, husband of Miranda Morales and father of Eliza Morales and Louis Morales in AMC's The Walking Dead.
Biography
Juan Pareja is a 34 year old actor. He was born in 1978 as the son of Colombian immigrants in Houston, Texas.
Already in public shcool, Pareja began to entertain with acting, singing, dancing and playing trumpet. While doing this, he also learned to talk both english and spanish fluent, which helped him graduate from Magna Cum Laude. After graduating, Pareja educated to an actor at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, taking the program Atlantic Theater Company's Acting School.
After graduating from this school, Pareja returned to Houston where he looked for a job. Within a year, Pareja made his film debut in "Lone Star State of Mind". Since his succes in this movie, Pareja got more roles in movies, series and commercials.
Pareja is known to play four different instruments; Trumpet, Djembe, Didgeridoo and Doumbek.
He is currently living in Los Angeles.
