Judith Grimes, also known as "Judy", is a comic-adapted character first encountered in The Fall of the Governor. She is the newborn daughter of Lori Grimes and Shane Walsh, the adopted daughter of Rick, and the half sister of Carl.

The Fall of the Governor[]

"Doomsday Clock"[]

Judith is the infant child of the prison residents. During the Governor's final attack on the prison, Lori Grimes tries to flee the prison with Judith in her arms, but is fatally shot by Lilly Caul on the orders of the Governor, Lori falls killing Judith in the process. Lilly, angered that the Governor forced her to kill an infant, kills him in retaliation.

During the prison attack, the Governor notices the Grimes family fleeing and orders Lilly to finish them off.

After Lori is shot in the back by Lilly, she falls to the ground and lands on top of her daughter, Judith, crushing and suffocating her to death.

It can be assumed that her body along with Lori was devoured by walkers.

Lilly never interacted with Judith or a member of her family, but she regretted killing an innocent mother with her infant daughter. So much that it drove her to shoot The Governor.
