"The Portrait"[]
Juliana is an artist that was welcomed to live at Strand's Tower. Her services were enlisted and she painted a large portrait of Strand. However, Strand did not like the way he was represented in the portrait and had it brought up to the roof where he threw it over the edge, much to Juliana's shock. Strand orders her to paint him the way he sees himself, not the way she sees him.
"Divine Providence"[]
Juliana's fate is left unknown after the assault on the Tower left dozens of rangers dead. If she was not killed during the raid, it is possible she escaped the Tower or became trapped as the building caught fire.
