Kelly is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. She is a resident of the Hilltop Colony.

Season 6

"Knots Untie"

Kelly is seen helping to load supplies onto vehicles.

Season 7

"Say Yes"

Kelly is seen on guard duty atop the wall.

"The Other Side"

Kelly attends a training class, led by Sasha Williams, along with other residents in the center of town. Later, she watches Harlan Carson be taken by the Saviors.

"The First Day of the Rest of Your Life"

Kelly travels to Alexandria with Maggie Rhee to help liberate the community. She fights alongside the Kingdom and then chases the Saviors.

Season 8

"Mercy"

Kelly is part of the militia to attack the Sanctuary. After, she escapes and regroups with her squadron.

"The Damned"

Kelly attacks the satellite outpost and helps to round up the surrendering Saviors.

"Do Not Send Us Astray"

Kelly is among the several Hilltoppers killed during the Saviors' tainted weapons attack on Hilltop. She was either killed during the battle itself or was injured and later succumbed to her wounds from the tainted weapons.

Trivia

• Lisa Jackson was one of the 12 original Hilltop extras to portray the population in Season 6 before the background cast was expanded for Season 7 and onwards.
• This character's name was revealed as Kelly via a prop from The Walking Dead episode "The Other Side" when AMC auctioned hundreds of items in 2025. The prop was Gregory's notebook, which contained a list of names assigned to guard duty, with Kelly being the only female name listed. This established Kelly as the name of the Hilltop guard played by Lisa Jackson, as up until the episode, she was the only female guard.
