This kid is sitting with his friends at the base or Rick Grimes' statue when they spot Carl exiting the court house with Sophia. When his friend starts making fun of Carl's eye patch, he joins in, but is stopped by one of his friends, who informs him about Carl's identity. This kid then skates away with his other friend, as the third friend apologizes.
