Group Conflict[]

Save Maggie/Beth[]

Shane should lead the group[]

Maggie/Beth: Beth is sitting in bed, eyes open but not focused on anything. Maggie is beside her, worried. "This is so pointless." Beth whispers. "Stop being selfish," Maggie replies. "This isn't just about you. We both lost. Dad." "Yeah. And how long 'til one of us is next?" Tears well in Beth's eyes. "I don't want to be gutted. I wanna go. In his bed. Tonight. With you beside me." "Dad would be ashamed to learn he'd raised such a coward," Maggie replies.

Shane can choose to either help Maggie convince Beth to keep going or let Beth do what she wants.

Retrieve the medical equipment[]

Rick should lead the group[]

Carl/Hershel: While searching the nearby woods for herbs, Hershel finds Carl target-practicing on walkers. "Carl, can we talk?" Hershel asks. Carl rolls his eyes. "Son, I worry about how this whole situation is affecting you." "What are you talking about?" Carl replies. "I need to practice if I'm going to be a good shot." "Yes, but this isn't a game," Hershel says. "These things, they used to be people. Shooting them is not fun. It's necessary evil. And one that you need to respect." "People are people and walkers are walkers," Carl says. "I know the difference. And I need to practice so I can protect everyone." "There are other ways of going about this, son." Hershel pleads. "That's all I'm saying." Carl ignores him as he raises his gun and aims at another walker.

Rick can choose to either let Carl practice on walkers or to agree with Hershel.

Defuse the situation[]

Send Andrew away[]

Carol/Merle: Merle and Carol storm into the room, arguing. "You're overreacting, Merle," says Carol. "Just back off." "The hell I am," replies Merle. "You were aimin' for me back there. I could tell. I'm just lucky you're such a lousy shot is all." "If I was aiming for you, Merle, you'd be dead," Carol replies with an irritated sigh. "There was a walker behind you. You're welcome." "I'll thank you for stayin' the hell away from me from now on, devil woman," Merle barks.

Rick/Shane can choose to either defend Carol or to placate Merle.
