At some point this survivors joined the Kingdom and became a guard. After the war against the Saviors, he likely wasn't around Ezekiel too much due to still referring to him as "sire" after the king act was long dropped.

After the two year time skip, this man is seen alongside another soldier accompanying Ezekiel to meet Michonne at Oceanside. He cautiously asks Ezekiel to not put himself at risk by unnecessarily killing the roamers and refers to him as "sire". Ezekiel smirks at this and this man laughs it off, saying "old habits die hard".
