Kurt is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He was a medic for the Kingdom.

Nothing is known about Kurt's life prior to or as the outbreak began. He might have lived somewhere near the Kingdom.
Post-Apocalypse

"Do Not Send Us Astray"
Kurt is a medic from the Kingdom who evacuated to the Hilltop along with the rest of the Kingdommers. He volunteers his time at the medical trailers tending to the wounded. He can be seen working alongside Siddiq and Dana while Carol and Tobin talk in another room. That night, he is on nurse duty as he watches over Tobin and Kevin, both recovering from their injuries from the attack. He is awakened by Kevin's groans in the middle of the night at 3:26am and decides to go find Dana. However, before Kurt can exit the trailer, he is attacked from behind by a reanimated Tobin and promptly killed. A short time later, he reanimates and is along the zombified residents and refugees to attack the people sleeping inside the Barrington House. Eventually, Kurt is put down by Michonne's katana as he is held against the wall by Jesus. The next morning, he was buried in the graveyard among the casualties.

Kurt was taking care of an injured and sick Tobin and Kevin becuase of the fact that they were attacked with the walker doused weapons by The Saviors. All of a sudden Kevin started to have a coughing fit. Just as Kurt got up to find Dana to look at Kevin, Tobin just so happened to reanimate at this time. He grabbed Kurt from behind and bit him.

During the walker invasion at the Barrington House both Jesus and Michonne spot a zombified Kurt. Jesus pins him to the wall as Michonne sticks her sword through his head thus putting him out of his misery.

Trivia
- Since it is known that Tobin reanimated at 3:26 AM and bit him shortly thereafter, it is safe to assume that Kurt’s time of death would be between 3:26 AM and 3:27 AM.
