From a mountain ridge, this scout is observing a zombie herd traveling on the highway with Luciana and Francisco. He listens to Francisco beg Luciana to help Nick, and looks disappointed when Luciana refuses to, leaving Nick behind on the road. Later, Scout and his group follow Nick to an abandoned barber shop in Tijuana and bring him back to their community for medical treatment.

Despite the residents of La Colonia being gunned down at the border, it is possible this man was one of the many residents to flee the community before they ventured off as he is not seen with the rest of the group.
