When the outbreak started vaccinations against the infected were offered at the outlet mall. The mall was severely overrun with walkers. The walkers killed the hundreds gathered there for aid. Daryl arrives and finds Noah Cruz in one of the stores. He also sees a Humvee drive by, Daryl leaves the mall to follow it.
