"Why Did the Mainlanders Cross the River?"[]
As one of the New Babylon soldiers who survived the ferry attack by the Burazi, Larry joined a group of survivors including commanding officers Colonel Armstrong and Major Narvaez as they made their way through western Manhattan. While traveling through the woods in Central Park, a woman was suddenly attacked by an undead Forager who was tangled in the overgrowth. Larry and the other New Babylonians watched on helplessly as the woman was bitten on the neck and quickly bled out before being put down. They continued through the overgrown park and decided to navigate through a large patch of elephant grass. Unbeknownst to Larry and the New Babylonians, the grass was filled with the undead who quickly convened on the survivors, killing multiple people. Larry was among those to escape the grass and find refuge at the Foragers' home, a restaurant by a lake. Inside, Larry and the others cautiously ventured into the building where they met the community leader, Roksana. After sitting down and listening to Roksana speak, he and the rest of his group were welcomed to stay until an opportunity arose for them to escape the park undetected by the Burazi. Later that day, he witnessed an injured Joan being brought from outside by Maggie, Hershel, and a couple other Foragers. As Joan laid dying, Major Narvaez summoned Larry and the others to discuss their next steps in the exploratory mission. However he and the others were ordered to stand down by Colonel Armstrong, and moments later they all witnessed Joan's passing and the Foragers' subsequent mourning.
"Feisty Friendly"[]
Larry and the other New Babylon survivors cleaned their weapons inside the Loeb Boathouse as Colonel Armstrong addressed the group of his plan to search for the Burazi's methane with Maggie and Hershel.
"The Bird Always Knows"[]
Upon Maggie, Hershel, and Armstrong's return to the Loeb Boathouse, they found that Narvaez, Larry, Yadi, and the other soldiers rounded up the Foragers and imprisoned Roksana. Later that day, after Maggie was arrested for an assassination attempt on Narvaez' life, Larry and the other soldiers brought everyone outside for the public executions of Roksana, Maggie, and Armstrong. After Roksana was murdered, the Foragers began loudly mourning, agitating the undead gathered at the gates. Upon the zombies breaking through the gates, everyone is swarmed. Larry and the other soldiers attempted to defend themselves by firing upon the walkers with their guns, but they were all quickly overwhelmed.
