Leland is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is the leader of a group of bandits. He served as the primary antagonist of the episode "What's Your Story?".
Pre-Apocalypse

Nothing is known about Leland's life prior to or as the outbreak began.
Post-Apocalypse
Leland and his group of bandits formed some time early in the apocalypse, scavenging areas in Texas. Sometime during their journey, they met Althea. As time passed, the group became more and more desperate in their methods of receiving new resources as most of the towns and areas were out of supplies.

One night, Leland and his group set a trap of an empty tent with a lantern inside. As Morgan approaches it, he gets knocked out by the bandits.
