Little Roy is a character mentioned in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is a member of the Saviors.

"The Damned"[]
Little Roy is stationed as a guard at the Shephard Office Plaza, which has been converted into an outpost used by the Saviors. As Mara begins to suspect something is not right, she radios Roy and J. Top for their location, but they do not answer. Moments later, Alexandrians arrive in their car and begin attacking the Saviors. Because of this, it is hinted that Roy was taken out as the Alexandrians took on the outpost.
"The King, the Widow, and Rick"[]
It is confirmed in Rick's note to the other communities that all of the Saviors at each outpost, including Roy, have been killed.
