Lowell is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series. He is a member of Carver's group.

Howe's Hardware[]
Nothing is known about Lowell's life after the apocalypse, except that he joined Carver's community, and rose to the status of a guard.
Season Two[]
"In Harm's Way"[]
Lowell is first seen on one of the shelves when Clementine and the group are entering Howe's Hardware. The next day, he is guarding Carver while he was giving a speech. Later he is seen on the roof defending the community from the herd of walkers. It is unknown if Lowell was the one who shot Carlos.
"Amid The Ruins"[]
Lowell along with other community members are seen on the roof of Howe's Hardware defending the community from the herd of walkers. He and the others are last seen being cornered by the walkers on the roof that quickly overwhelm and kill them.
"No Going Back"[]
If Clementine returns to Howe's with Jane, they will discover the roof covered in bloodstains, indicating that Lowell and the rest were killed.

Clementine activates the exterior speakers that attracts the incoming herd to completely surround the store. While shooting at the walkers on the roof of Howe's, walkers eventually make their way up to the roof, where they attack and devour the soldiers, including Lowell.
