Lowell is an original character and an antagonist who first appeared in "In Harm's Way" of Telltale Games' The Walking Dead: Season Two. He is a member of Carver's group.

Nothing is known about Lowell's life after the apocalypse, except that he joined Carver's community, and rose to the status of a guard.
Season Two
"In Harm's Way"
Lowell is first seen on one of the shelves when Clementine and the group are entering Howe's Hardware. The next day, he is guarding Carver while he was giving a speech. Later he is seen on the roof defending the community from the herd of walkers. It is unknown if Lowell was the one who shot Carlos.
"Amid The Ruins"
Lowell along with other community members are seen on the roof of Howe's Hardware defending the community from the herd of walkers. He and the others are last seen being cornered by the walkers on the roof, he and the others were either killed, chased away, or fled the compound, but their fates remain unknown.
