Lowell is an original character who appears in "In Harm's Way" of Telltale Games' The Walking Dead: Season Two. Lowell is a guard of William Carver's group.

"Howe's Hardware"

Nothing is known about his life after the outbreak, except he joined William Carver's Group, and became a guard.

"In Harm's Way"

Lowell is on one of the shelves first seen when Clementine, the cabin and ski lodge survivors are entering the store. The next day, he is seen guarding Carver while he was giving a speech. Later on, when Clementine and the others are escaping Howe's Hardware, Lowell can be spotted on the roof of the store defending the community from the herd of walkers. While on the roof, Lowell kept telling the other guards that they need more ammo. His fate is currently unknown.

"Amid The Ruins"

Lowell along with other community members are seen on the roof defending Howe's Hardware from the herd. Walkers are seen on the roof of the store, but Lowell or any of the other guards seem to notice, as they were likely distracted by the herd. What happened to Lowell and the others isn't clear, they were either killed or were chased away by the herd, but their whereabouts and status remain unknown.
