Lucia's Colt is a Colt M1911A1 pistol originally belonging to Major Lucia Narvaez before it was stolen by Ginny. After discovering the theft, Lucia allows Ginny to keep the gun.
Post-Apocalypse
After Lucia Narvaez arrives at New Babylon, she is given this gun by future governor Charlie Byrd who tells Lucia that it comes with a respect for law and order. Charlie teaches Lucia that no society can flourish without the law and that no crime, no murder, can go without retribution. Lucia becomes a soldier for the New Babylon Army, where she rose up through the ranks as a major of the force.
However, the gun is stolen by Ginny between the destruction of the Liberty Queen and the landing of the New Babylon Army forces on Manhattan. Lucia later replaces it with another M1911A1 taken from the body of a New Babylon soldier who was killed by a zombified Forager.
While fighting walkers in the tall grass of Central Park, Ginny drops her bag carrying the stolen gun. Hershel Rhee recovers the bag and finds the gun which he attempts to use against Waylen who recognizes that Hershel doesn't actually know how to use a gun. After Waylen is killed by Negan, Hershel takes a shot at his father's killer, but he misses. Hershel later returns Ginny's bag and the gun to her, but informs Maggie and Perlie of his discovery.
Lucia later deduces the theft and confronts Ginny about it. Ginny reveals that she intends to use the gun to kill the man who murdered her father. Disassembling, cleaning and reassembling the gun, Lucia tells Ginny her personal history and how she got the gun in the first place. Lucia decides to give Ginny the gun rather than taking it back from her.
After Lucia rebels against Perlie's authority, Ginny holds Hershel at gunpoint in order to force Maggie to surrender.
Upon finally reaching Negan, Ginny aims the gun at him, but hesitates to actually shoot. Ginny ultimately collapses in Negan's arms from her wound and the infection that she has developed.
It's unknown what becomes of the gun following Ginny's subsequent death from her infection.
