Doña Lupe is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon.

"Limbo"

Inside the mayor's residence, Doñas Lupe and Marga are tending to an injured Roberto after he was rescued from execution by El Alcázar. Lupe helps grind herbs to make a medicinal potion for Roberto and partakes in a ritualistic chant with Marga as they administer aid to Roberto.

"Contrabando"

While Marga is sent to tend to an expecting mother, Lupe is assigned by Federico to continue caring for Roberto. When Antonio and Carol stop by to check on Roberto, they find Lupe alone and looking worried as she cares for Roberto. Lupe reassures Antonio and Carol that she has everything under control, but they disagree and go to find medicine from Federico.
