Malcolm is a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear the Walking Dead. He is a member of the Pioneers.

"Bury Her Next to Jasper's Leg"[]
June and Sarah respond to a medical distress call from Malcolm, treating him in the back of a semi truck. June quickly determines that Malcolm's appendix has burst and needs to be removed. Malcolm is made nervous by the fact that he's being treated by a nurse and a truck driver, but agrees.
June sedates Malcolm and begins cutting into his belly, guided by a medical textbook held by Sarah. However, Malcolm goes into shock from his infection and flatlines. June desperately begins CPR, ordering Sarah to get her adrenaline to revive Malcolm, but Sarah tries to stop June, knowing that Malcolm is gone. As June continues CPR, Malcolm reanimates and attacks June. As they struggle, Sarah grabs a scalpel and stabs Malcolm in the side of the head, putting him down. June and Sarah then bury Malcolm on the roadside.

At some point, Malcolm developed appendicitis and his appendix burst. Two days after he called for medical help, June Dorie and Sarah Rabinowitz showed up. June began an appendectomy, but Malcolm went into shock from his infection and his heart stopped. Despite June's desperate attempts to revive him with CPR, Malcolm died.
