Marcus is a survivor of the outbreak in Image Comics' The Walking Dead. He is a resident of the Kingdom.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Location Unknown[]
Nothing is known about Marcus' life prior to or as the outbreak began.
Post-Apocalypse[]
At some point after the outbreak Marcus joined the Kingdom community.
All Out War - Part Two[]
Marcus helps defend Hilltop against the Saviors. During the fight, Marcus is stabbed by a savior. Michonne kills the Savior and helps take him to Doctor Carson.
Later, as more and more injured begin to have the symptoms as if they were bitten, the survivors discover that the Saviors have mucked up their weapons using zombie guts. Harlan quickly comes to the realization that anyone who is injured, no matter how minor, will die. Many of the injured are put down or pass soon after the discovery, it is unknown what happened to Marcus, but it is presumed he succumbed to his injury and was put down after discovering the Saviors "modified weapons".

During the Saviors' attack on the Hilltop, Marcus is injured by one of the Saviors' tainted weapons. Several hours later, he succumbs to the infection.

- Marcus could be a Hilltop resident, but Ezekiel yelling his name after Marcus is stabbed implies he is from the Kingdom.
