Marlon's Bow is a weapon featured in The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series.
Pre-Apocalypse[]
Nothing is known of this bow's history before the outbreak.
Post-Apocalypse[]
At some point following the start of the outbreak, Marlon adopts this bow as his primary weapon. After finding Clementine and AJ in trouble at the train station, Marlon uses his bow to put down several walkers and rescue them. After Clementine wakes up, she and Marlon have a brief standoff with their weapons before lowering them.
Following Marlon's death, Violet briefly uses the bow during the encounter with Abel and Lilly in the woods. As the Boarding School Survivors prepare to fight the Delta, Louis practices with the bow, but he proves to be a terrible shot, even after weeks of trying. However, when Clementine tries the bow out, she proves to be a great shot, so Louis gives it to her despite Clementine's role in Marlon's death.
Clementine subsequently arms herself with the bow during the battle with the Delta, wounding Yonatan in the leg with it before killing him by releasing Aasim or Willy's trap onto the hobbled man. When the retreating raiders kidnap Louis and Violet, Clementine has the choice of which one of her friends to save, shooting the raider holding them in the shoulder and forcing the raider to let them go. With a herd having been drawn by the fighting and with many of the walkers catching fire due to passing through the flames from Lilly's last Molotov cocktail, Clementine uses the bow to safely put most of them down as the flaming walkers are too dangerous to take down by melee attacks. While Clementine shoots the flaming walkers and stabs a few non-flaming ones (Determinant), the other kids put down the remaining walkers that aren't on fire and as such, are safe to attack. During the raid on the S.S. Stewarts Fitzgerald, Clementine uses the bow to put down a few walkers after the walker guts are washed off and to kill Armando. (Determinant) However, the bow is taken from her after Minerva betrays the group.
Subsequently, Gad either takes the bow or finds it amidst the chaos of the ship's destruction. Gad opens fire on Clementine and AJ, unwilling to let them escape after everything that they've done. Grabbing one of the arrows from a post, Clementine stabs Gad in the foot, overpowers him with AJ's help and then kills Gad with an arrow to the head. With Sullene ordering Gina to kill Willy and Ruby, Clementine shoots her in the neck with an arrow and covers her friends' escape from walkers before shooting Minerva in the arm to get her to drop a grenade.
During the fight on the broken bridge, Clementine covers AJ, Tennesse and Louis/Violet's escape by shooting several walkers, dodging Minerva's gunshots at the same time. When Minerva gets close enough to physically attack Clementine, Marlon's bow is knocked out of her hands. Louis grabs it and successfully shoots a walker that attacks Clementine from under a truck. However, Minerva tackles Louis before he can shoot again, causing the bow to fall off of the broken bridge and it is lost in the waters below.
