This man was present for the reveal that Martinez had died, and a new leader would be chosen for the camp. He and the other residents were uneasy about the situation and voiced their complaints until Pete reassured them that everything would be taken care of.

"Too Far Gone"

He was not seen as a part of the Governor's makeshift army, indicating he remained behind at the RV camp by the river with other residents. His current fate and location remain unknown.
