Nothing is known about May's life prior to or as the outbreak began.
Post-Apocalypse[]
May's Story - Behind Every Great Leader[]
May arrives at the Ambassador City Jomtien during the onset of the apocalypse. She sees the chaos of the monsters eating guests and employees down below. In her office, she drinks while looking at a picture of her father and remembers some advice he had told her before he gave her control of the resort. Knowing that she needs to be the leader of any and all remaining survivors, she heads down to the armory to equip herself with a gun.
Survival Records - Responsibility[]
After checking in with both of her Team Leaders, May takes Oliver and Chaiya with her to rescue survivors within the Resort. The trio eventually run into and rescue Vitali who informs them of two more survivors in the resort. May and her group reach and rescue Anong and Arthit. May recognizes Anong as one of her employees before inquiring who the man with her is. Arthit tells her why he came. May, interested about his village, agrees to hear him out to see how they can help each other.
Chapter 52 - Resort[]
While hiding, Vitali sees some survivors in the distance running away from the undead. Just then, a nearby May yells out if there are any survivors around.
Survival Records - Escape Plan[]
May gives Arthit the medicine that he needs for his brother. After telling her people where in the resort they should clear out next, she and Arthit go outside the resort to find as much cable as she can. She states that she wants to use the cable to help transport people and supplies out of the resort so that they can find a safe place somewhere else. While doing this, she continously asks Arthit questions about his town. After all the cable is gathered up, she asks Arthit to draw a map of how to get to his town. Although he questions this, he states that he'd be more than happy to do it.
Survival Records - Tying Up a Loose End[]
The resort survivors are ready to split up into groups of two; Arthit leading Chaiya, Anong, and 30 other resort survivors back to Bang Saen Beach and a group of three consisting of May, Oliver, and Vitali to check the last building that needs clearing for survivors. Oliver makes sure to tell Arthit and Chaiya what to do with the cable they've gathered before they split.
The trio eventually see Arthit's group leave before heading in to clear the final building.
Oliver's Story - Contingency Plan[]
After having made sure that every Ambassador City Jomtien survivor had been rescued and gone with Arthit tp Bang Saen Beach, Oliver, Vitali, and May are at the rooftop of one of the resort's buildings and ready to zipline out to safety. Oliver is holding on to a suspiciously large and heavy bag that Vitalu tries to help him with. Although Oliver claims it's only canned goods, it's quickly discovered that the bag contains thousands of dollars and gold bars. Oliver said that it was his friend's idea for extra security in case anyone tried to rescue him. Suddenly, the undead is able to breach the roodtop and both May and Vitali quickly zipline down to safety. Oliver heavily contemplates taking the bag with him before tossing it towards the undead and ziplining himself to safety. Once on the ground, Oliver and Vitali joke about the situation before heading over to Bang Saen Beach.
It's unknown if they ever made it back to the town, or what happened to them afterwards.

Trivia[]
- May is one of two characters during the International Expansion to become a playable character in a Survival Records when another playable character was introduced.
- The only other character to have this distinction is Maximilian.
- Since All-Stars' International Expansion where they started adding missions and characters located in other countries, May is one of five international characters to come from another country and not be classified under the Unknown Alignment.
- Kashimoto Aya, Fynn, Arthit, and Oliver are the other character to have this distinction.
- May is the only one to be in the Overseer Alignment.
- This makes her one of two original characters to be in that alignment, the other one being Sean.
- May is the first character to have a unique Mysterious Survivor Field, with hers meant to resemble her office.
- There seems to be some confusion as to what May's job really is. In her backstory it states that she is the President of the resort, in Escape Plan she says she is the CEO of the resort, and in Gateway to Hell Anong stated she is the manager.
- In Gateway To Hell's case, it's possible that Anong was using the term manager interchangeably with CEO and/or President.
