Season 5[]

"Coda"[]

Officer McGinley and his partner Officer Franco find survivor Rick Grimes on the top level of a parking garage the hospital uses to keep vehicles. Rick explains that they have some of their colleagues hostage and would like to exchange them for Beth Greene and Carol Peletier, who have been taken by the hospital. McGinley informs Lieutenant Dawn Lerner of the situation and brings Rick's group and the officers to the hospital. He joins his fellow officers during the hostage exchange and witnesses the deaths of Dawn and Beth. He remains behind at the hospital with Dr. Steven Edwards, the patients, and the other officers.
